Dr. Lydia Peters is a skilled and compassionate physical therapist with over 8 years of dedicated experience encompassing outpatient orthopedics, subacute rehab, acute care, and long-term care. She began to love outpatient orthopedics as it offered an opportunity to see consistent progress in her patient’s recovery, while using a collaborative approach to reach their goals, regain function, and alleviate pain.

Dr. Peters has a background as a massage therapist, and practiced for 3 years before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Andrews University. She has built a reputation for delivering exceptional care through a combination of manual therapy techniques and personalized exercise programs designed to restore mobility and improve strength in her patients.
Her approach to physical therapy is rooted in a holistic manner, tailoring individualized treatment plans that focus on the person and their lifestyle needs. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to actively participate in their recovery and takes pride in seeing them return to the activities they love; whether that’s a simple walk, playing sports, or living pain-free post-surgery.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Peters enjoys salsa dancing, hiking, and exploring new areas.

This practice was born out of a desire to do things differently, providing comprehensive care customized to each person, ongoing access and support to your therapist, transparency on cost and plan of care from day one, and not to mention a refreshing perspective on physical therapy.
