Bee Breath
This breathing technique mimics the sound of a buzzing bee or a sigh. The production of sound that causes vibration through your respiratory, thoracic, and pelvic diaphragms results in the following: relaxation, pain management, improved emotional coping, reduced stress, and increased heart rate stability.
Step 1: Exhale
Step 2: Inhale with belly breath or TATD breath
Step 3: Exhale with light vocalization of a buzzing sound or a sigh
There are additional benefits with slowed breathing rate to < 6 breaths per minute
