Ganesha Blanket Fold

Place the folded edge of 2, 3-tier blanket folds in line with one another. Then to a height and/width of your choosing, fold the central edges of each blanket away from the other.

This blanket folding technique is used for the support of asymmetrical postures performed in sidelying, spinal extension (supported backbends), or lying prone (face down) if you benefit from having extra support of your lumbar spine.
